For the relationship between WSBock and you exclusively the following Terms and Conditions are relevant in the version that had been set in the time of your order. Other conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless we agreed on that in written form.
For all sales the Terms and Conditions in German version for the Federal Republic of Germany apply unless it goes against national law or other Terms and Conditions for the country of the customer exist. Currently, Terms and Conditions exist only for Germany.
Our suppliers give their best to cope with the highest expectations in quality. Generally, the products will be delivered in the shape as seen on the images. If an article is made by handicraft then variations to the images can occur. The same can happen by natural materials like wood and leather. This does not mean a reduced quality. In case of variation and if you dislike the product then you can make use of your conversion rights. Nevertheless it will not have any impact of the sales contract.
Your order, respectively by eBay your bid, will be seen as offer to conclude a sales contract. We only accept adults as contracting party. The status of being of age bases on the respective law of the customers country.
As we received your order we will give our best to send you your ordered products as soon as possible. Indications about delivery periods are nevertheless without obligations except we promised a certain time in written form.
If despite our efforts it takes more than 4 weeks to send you your ordered products, you will have the right to cancel your order. In that case the time when we sent the product will count. After that 4-week-period we will grant you a compensation of 10% of the price of your ordered product, no matter if cancelled your order or not. In case of cancellation you will of course receive all your deposits back.
Within two week you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason in written form, i.e. e.g. per mail or
As far as not different demonstrated, we will assume that you received your purchase within the usual delivery period. Currently we assume the following maximum delivery periods:

In case of a correct cancellation of your purchase all the from the other party received goods or payments have to be given back. If you can not give back your received product completely or partly or in deteriorated conditions, you will have to pay a compensation, if appropriate. This will not apply for deteriorated conditions that are coursed by checking the product as it would be usual in a shop, as well. You can avoid this compensation by avoiding everything that reduces the value of product.
Delivery costs for the delivery from us will be refunded. Costs for sending the product back has to be covered by your own as long as the product is the ordered one.
In case that the delivered product has obviously a material or manufacturing defect, this includes transport damages, we ask to complain such a defect directly against us. Despite that, an absence of the complaint will have no effect to your claims. For all during the period of warranty occurring defects of your product you will have by law the right of choice between supplementary performance, removal of defects and new delivery. By existence of further statutory precondition you will have the additional statutory rights of reduction and cancellation as well as the right of compensation. As soon as we grant you an advanced warranty you will find the details in the then attached papers.
All prices include German VAT of currently 16%. The currency is € if not announced differently. By products with prices in € the exchange risk will have to be borne by the customer if the customer transfers the payment in another currency. The exchange rate will be given by the involved financial institutes. We will try to change the money prompt. If the product has a price in another currency, we will bear the exchange risk. You will just have to pay the displayed price.
The prices of DHL and Hermes in effective version shall be deemed as delivery costs. If several ordered products can not be sent in one package or only in a larger package, you will just pay the package of a single article with the highest delivery cost.
All purchases, on both, eBay and in the internet-shop of WSBock, have to be paid in advance. The opportunity of cash discount deduction does not exist.
In an exception of selling on account and a default of payment, we will be entitled to claim default interest of 5% additional to the prime lending rate of the European Central Bank per year.
All personal data will be kept in confidence. Data that are essential to conduct the order will be recorded. For credit checks and to monitor the credit history data will possibly be given to associations for credit security.
On pages of WSBock might be referred to other pages in internet. For all these links obtains: We declare explicitly that we have no influence on design and content of the referred pages. Therefore we distance us from the content of pages of third parties and do not adopt the content of these pages. This statement counts for all links on our pages and the links on referred pages.

If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. If any case is not covered by any provision of this Terms and Conditions we will refer to law and jurisdiction.
